Made from square perforated aluminum . Powder coated in satin black. Uses two custom bolt on brackets that hold the basket securely and then attaches to the factory holes used to hold the rear seat to rear roof supports. Factory hardware is removed on the ides of the rear roof supports and replaced with black stainless steel lengthen hardware provided. All other hardware needed is included as well.
